  • Support with securing Hard Money / Private Money (if needed) for your purchase transaction.
  • Support from a full service renovation company (with competitive pricing) & project management to oversee the rehab.
  • You will also get sales & management support for your properties for as long as you own them. This also includes sales support & cash flow rental support (including section 8 tenant placement).
  • Credit restoration support for rent-to-own tenant-buyers.
  • Support from a reputable Property Management Company.
  • Periodic Drive by’s when in the area of the property.
  • Continuing Real Estate Investing Education through training on various topics, such as: Land Contracts, Business Structure, Asset Protection, Land Trusts, IRA/401K Investing, etc..
  • Affiliate & Joint Venture Program. Earn up to $2,000 to $3,000 per referral.
  • One on One Mentoring. We walk with you step by step through the entire process.
